Sacrifice According to Islam


Sacrifice is part of Islamic law that has existed since humans existed. When the sons of the prophet Adam was ordered to sacrifice. Then Allah accept the sacrifice accompanied by piety and good and reject the bad Sacrifice. Allah says:
واتل عليهم نبأ ابني ءادم بالحق إذ قربا قربانا فتقبل من أحدهما ولم يتقبل من الآخر قال لأقتلنك قال إنما يتقبل الله من المتقين
"Tell them the story of the two sons of Adam (Abel and Cain) according to the truth, when they offered sacrifice, then received from one of the two (Habil) and not accepted from the other (Cain). He said (Cain): "I must kill you!" Said the former, "Allah only accepts (the victim) of those who fear Him" ​​(Surah Al-Maaidah 27).
Another Sacrifice recounted in the Qur'an is the Sacrifice of Abraham family, as Allah commanded him to sacrifice his son, Ismail AS. As mentioned in the letter-Shaaffaat 102: "Then, when the child reached (the age of serious) work together him, he said:" O my son verily I saw in a dream that I sacrifice. So think about what you think! "He replied:" O my father, do what ye are commanded thee, God willing, you will find me among those who are patient ". Disyariatkannya Sacrifice

Sacrifice is the most beloved worship Allah on the Day of Nahr, as mentioned in the history of al-Tirmidhi hadith of 'Aisha RA. that the Prophet said:
"It is not the son of Adam on the Day of Nahr deed most loved by Allah than shedding the blood (sacrifice). Sacrifice it will come on the Day of Resurrection with horns, fur and nails. And the blood will actually get somewhere fast before blood was dripping to the ground. Then amend your soul to sacrifice ".
Definition of Sacrifice
Sacrifice we understand the word, derived from the Arabic, it means the approach itself, while the intention is to slaughter animals as a means of approach to God. The meaning of the term is known in Islam as Udhiyah. Udhiyah the language contains two terms, the goats were slaughtered Dhuha time and so on, and goats were slaughtered on the day of 'Eid al-Adha. "Four kinds of animals used unauthorized Sacrifice: 1. Disability eyes, 2. pain, 3. limping and 4. skinny, not fat anymore "(Bukhari and Muslim).
Another Hadith:
"Do not slaughter animals for sacrifice unless musinnah (has been for a tooth, kupak). If difficulty is found, then it may jadz'ah (1 year old) of the sheep. "(Muslim).
Musinnah is if the 5-year-old camel, cow two years old and 1 year old goat, sheep from 6 months to 1 year. Allowed to sacrifice the sacrificial animals infertile, even the Prophet sacrificed two sheep were barren. And usually the meat taste better and fatter.
Sacrifice Meat Distribution

Time slaughter Sacrifice

عن أبي الأسود السلمي, عن أبيه, عن جده قال: كنت سابع سبعة مع رسول الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم - في سفره, فأدركنا الأضحى. فأمرنا رسول الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم -, فجمع كل رجل منا درهما, فاشترينا أضحية بسبعة دراهم. وقلنا: يا رسول الله, لقد غلينا بها. فقال: (إن أفضل الضحايا أغلاها, وأسمنها) قال: ثم أمرنا رسول الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم -, فأخذ رجل برجل, ورجل برجل, ورجل بيد, ورجل بيد, ورجل بقرن, ورجل بقرن, وذبح السابع, وكبروا عليها جميعا.
